Rude, unprofessional and denigrating border services agents are greeting visitors who fly into Halifax, according to written complaints from the public over the past three years.
Documents released under the Access to Information Act from the Canada Border Services Agency reveal that some passengers arriving on flights at Halifax Stanfield International Airport have described similar accounts of officials treating them contemptuously and making them feel as though they were criminals.
Nothing more arrogant than a bureaucrat with powers of detention.
