I wonder how eager Shelly Glover is to get back to the Winnipeg Police:
The Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced $60,000 in funding for the 19th annual Festival des Arts de Saint-Sauveur, which will take place from July 30 to August 8, 2015.
This funding, provided through the Canada Arts Presentation Fund, will help promote classical and contemporary dance and classical music by improving the Festival's 2015 programming.
- Nearly 25,000 people attend the Festival des Arts de Saint-Sauveur each year.
- The lineup for the 19th edition will include 15 performances by companies from Europe, the United States, Quebec and the rest of Canada.
- In addition to free performances, the Desjardins Stage will offer around 10 awareness activities by professional and emerging artists, including dance courses and workshops for various age groups.
Well here's hoping.
